摘    要:采用活体注射氯化钴和秋水仙素的方法,对中华圆田螺Cipangopaludina cathayensis和背瘤丽蚌Lam-protula leai的核型进行了分析。结果表明:中华圆田螺二倍体染色体的数目为18,核型为2n=8m 10sm,染色体臂数(NF)=36;背瘤丽蚌二倍体染色体数目为38,核型为2n=24m 12sm 2t,NF=74。两物种中均未发现随体和性染色体。

Abstract:The karyotypes of freshwater mollusk Cipangopaludina cathayensisa and Lamprotula leai were analyzed using injection of CoCl_2 and treatment of colchicines solution in vivo.The diploid chromosome number was observed as the following: C.cathayensisa 18 and L.leai 38.The mitotic chromosome complement of C.cathayensisa has four metacentric pairs and five submetacentric pairs and the fundamental chromosome number(NF) is 36.L.leai shows twelve metacentric pairs,six submetacentric pairs and two telocentric pairs,and NF is 74.The satellite chromosome and sex chromosome were not observed in the two species.
