摘    要:试验选择健康状况良好、体重接近的断奶仔猪200头,研究不同蛋白水平的日粮对断奶仔猪生产性能、腹泻率、蛋白消化率以及血清生化指标的影响,结果表明:不同蛋白水平日粮对断奶仔猪的日均采食量、日均增重和蛋白消化率均没有影响(P>0.05),蛋白水平19.5%、18.5%的试验组与蛋白水平21.5%、17.5%的试验组相比断奶仔猪的料重比显著降低(P<0.05),蛋白水平17.5%的日粮能显著降低腹泻率(P<0.05);蛋白水平为18.5%和17.5%的日粮均显著降低断奶仔猪血清尿素氮和谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶的活性(P<0.05),还能显著提高血清IgA、IgG的浓度(P<0.05),蛋白水平为17.5%的日粮显著降低血清胆固醇(P<0.05)。

Abstract:This experiment selected 200 heads of weaned piglets which were in good health and had similar body weight , and studied the effects of diets with different levels of protein on their production performance , diarrhea rate, protein digestibility and se-rum biochemical indicators .The results indicated that the diets with different levels of protein had not significant influences on the average daily feed intake , average daily gain , and protein digestibility of weaning piglets .The feed-gain ratio of weaning piglets feeding on the diets with 19.5% or 18.5% protein was significantly lower than that of weaning piglets feeding on the diets with 21.5%or 17.5%protein (P〈0.05).The diets containing 17.5%protein could significantly reduce the diarrhea rate of weaning piglets (P〈0.05).The diets with 18.5%or 17.5% protein could significantly reduce the concentration of serum urea nitrogen , and the activities of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and alkaline phosphatase (P〈0.05), also could significantly increase the con-centration of serum IgA and IgG (P〈0.05).The diets containing 17.5%protein could significantly decrease the concentration of serum cholesterol (P〈0.05).
