摘    要:目的]筛选出打破种子硬实的最佳处理方式和处理时间。方法]分别用擦破种皮、热水、无水酒精、40%氢氧化钠溶液、30%双氧水溶液和98%浓硫酸浸种对热研1号银合欢种子进行处理,研究各处理对银合欢种子发芽率的影响。结果]银合欢种子的发芽势为20.0%,发芽率为27.3%,硬实率为89.3%。砂布磨破种皮的银合欢种子的发芽势为82.0%,发芽率为83.3%。与对照相比,其发芽势上升了62.0个百分点,发芽率上升了56.0个百分点。无水酒精、氢氧化钠和双氧水浸种处理对银合欢种子的发芽势和发芽率无显著影响。浓硫酸浸种时间从1min到9min,处理后种子的平均发芽率随着浸种时间的延长而提高,浸种9min的平均发芽率最高,达78.0%,比对照提高了50.7个百分点。结论]该研究为银合欢的规模化栽培利用和田间大量快速育苗提供了理论依据。

Effects of Different Treatments on the Germination Rate of Leucaena leucocephala Seeds

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to screen out the optimum treatment method and time for breaking hard seeds.Method] The seeds of Leucaena leucocephala Reyan 1 were treated by scraping seed coat and soaking in hot water,absolute alcohol,40% sodium hydroxide solution,30% hydrogen peroxide aqueous and 98% concentrated sulfuric acid resp.to study their effects on the germination rate of L.leucocephala seeds.Result] The germination potential and rate and hard seed rate of L.leucocephala seeds were 20.0%,27.3% and 89.3%.The germination potential and rate of L.leucocephala seeds treated by scraping seed coat by abrasive cloth were 82.0% and 83.3%,compared with CK,their germination potential and rate were increased by 62.0 and 56.0 percent points.The seed-soaking treatments with absolute alcohol,sodium hydroxide solution and hydrogen peroxide aqueous had no significant effect on the germination potential and rate of L.leucocephala seeds.In the duration from the 1st minute to the 9th minute of seed-soaking in concentrated sulfuric acid,the average germination rate of treated seeds was enhanced as the seed-soaking duration was extended and the average germination rate of seed-soaking for 9 min was highest,being up to 78.0% and it was enhanced by 50.7 percent points in comparison with CK.Conclusion] The study supply theoretical basis for the large-scale cultivation and utilization and rapidly seedling in large amount in field of Leucaena leucocephala.
