| 摘 要： | 新型职业农民是未来现代农业经营的主导力量，新型职业农民的突出特点在于其具有较高的市场主体地位，职业的稳定性和高度的社会责任要求。新型职业农民的成长需要特定的社会环境，包括土地流转制度、新型的城乡关系和尊重农民的社会心理环境，也包括提供完善的教育服务。对新型职业农民的教育内容不仅要有农业科技教育，还要包括农业的本质、农业发展理念、农业文化与农业管理等内容。

| Abstract: | The new-style professional farmers are the dominant power in the future modern agriculture management.The distinguishing characteristics of the new-style professional farmers are higher market main body status, occupational stability and highly social responsibility requirements.The growth of new-style professional farmers requires specific social environment, including the land circulation system, the new urban-rural relations and respect for farmers′ social psychology environment.It also includes the provision of perfect education services.The educational content of the new-style professional farmers should not only consists of agriculture science and technology, but also including the nature of agriculture, the development of agriculture, the culture and managment of agriculture. |
