| 摘 要： | 县是我国农业经济活动的基本地域单元，县有行政职能与经济功能的相对独立性。以县为单位进行生态农业建设更能发挥和展现生态农业的功效，因此，县级生态农业建设进行规划对区域农业持续发展，即实现县域经济发展与环境保护的协调是十分重要的。本文详细论述了县级生态农业建设规划方法及应注意的问题，以便更好地发展我国生态农业建设。

| Abstract: | Counties,the fundamental unit for agricultural activities in China,possess a relative independence in both executive functions and economic functions.So purposes of eco-agricultural construction can be reached more rapidly in a county.Therefore eco-agricultural construction programming at county level is very important for sustaninable agricultural development and environmental protection.The paper presents the planning methodology and problems for attention for this work. |
