| 摘 要： | 对家鸡胚盘细胞染色体制备法进行了改进，简化了操作程序，缩短了制备时间，降低了费用，提高了工作效率，用改进法制备的旧院黑鸡胚盘细胞染色体效果良好，易于观察和分析。

| Abstract: | The methodology described in this paper represents an improvement over traditionalmethodology and is characterized by simpler procedure,shorter duration lower cost and higherefficiency. The chromosomes of embryonic disc cells of Jiuyuan black fowl prepared with thismethod are easy to observe and analyze. |
