| Abstract: | The lipophilic constituents in benzene/etHanoi or acetone extractives of Picea jezoensis var. komarovii and Abies nephrolepis wood are extracted by ether.Then the neutrals,the weak and strong acidic materials were separated by using DEAE-Sephadex 25A. After methylation of the weak acids the products are analyzed by GC/MS/MSD and GC/IR/MSD on a capillary column of 40 m FFAP or a capillary column of 40 m SE-54. The results revealed that there are seven fatty acids and seven resin acids in Picea jezoensis var. komarovii ,the main component is abietic acid. In Abies nephrolepis ,the weak acidic fraction consists of six fatty acids and five resin acids,the main component of resin acids is todomatsuic acid. |
