摘    要:对工业双戊烯进行了定性定量分析。通过对双戊烯脱氢反应的研究,发现了分别适用于液相脱氢和气相脱氢的催化剂甲酸镍和催化剂905,它们脱氢时生成对甲基异丙基苯即对伞花烃的产率分别为81%和88%。催化剂905脱氢产物中对伞花烃含量长期稳定在92%左右,通过精馏易得到高纯度(>99.0%)的对伞花烃。

Abstract:Dipentene was analyzed by GC. Catalysts 905 and Ni(HCOO)2 were found suitable for vaporphase de-hydrogenation and liquid phase dehydrogenation respectively with corresponding yields of p -cymene 81. 1% and 88% (mol/mol) of dipentene. High purity p -cymene (>99. 0%) can easily be obtained by rectifying the product of hydrogenation catalyzed by Catalyst 905,because as high as 92% P -cymene is usually maintained in these products for a long time.
