| 摘 要： | 蜂窝塑料薄膜育苗容器制作设备是由分切制筒机、叠合成型机、贴纸机、裁切机组成的塑料筒膜加工机组,是将宽幅塑料筒膜经展开、整形、分切封边、移位排列、涂胶、桑合、贴封面、裁切等加工工序加工成蜂窝塑料薄膜育苗容器,用于育苗作业,该文简述了制作设备的设计方案选择和制作机的主要结构及工作原理;主要装置的设计关键技术和计算方法,并给出了主要的计算公式。 |

| Abstract: | Honeycomb plastic film seeding container making machine is a unit constituted by dividing cutting and tube making machine,folding and forming machine,paper sticking machine,and cutting machine,to process plastic film into honeycomb seedling container.In this paper,selection of the design plans to the making machine,structure and working principle,key design techniques and calculation method and main functions to the major apparatus are presented. |
