光照时间对黄鳝生长及性腺发育的影响

摘    要:以体重(25.5±0.7)g的雌性幼鳝(Monopterus albus)为对象,研究了不同光照周期对其生长和性腺发育的影响。结果表明,黑暗组在63 d和42 d时,黄鳝的增重率和体重特定增长率均显著大于其他处理组(P0.05);63 d时,长光照组黄鳝的体重增长受到明显抑制,但其性腺指数却显著高于其他各处理组;24 h的持续光照同时抑制黄鳝的生长和性腺发育,与短光照或自然光照相比,黄鳝在黑暗状态下其生长和性腺发育均得到改善。

Effects of Photoperiod on Growth and Gonadal Development of Rice-field Eel,Monopterus albus (Zuiew)
Abstract:Female rice field eel, Monopterus albus (25.5?.7)g the young stage were treated by five replicated photoperiod treatments during the conditioning process from 19, June to 21, July 2008. The weight gain (WG), specific growth rate (SGR_w) and gonadosomatic index (GSI) were examined at 42 day after treatment and the end of experiment. The results showed that the continuous dark resulted in the greatest WG and SGR_w (P<0.05) at the day of 42 and the end of experiment, respectively. In the constant long photoperiod, the weight gain was inhibited but the GSI was the greater than any other photoperiod treatments at the end of experiment which suggested that the gonadal development was improved significantly. The 24-h photoperiod inhibited both the growth and GSI significantly. Moreover, compared with the constant short photoperiod or natural photoperiod, continuous dark resulted in the improvement of somatic growth and gonadal development, which were probablely related closely to the facts that rice-field eel has small and visually degenerated eyes, and naturally lives in habitats with faint light.
