| Abstract: | The article presents the informations in detail about hot pepper's production in Henan Province from seven aspects :climates and geography of the province, hot peppers cultivaion profit, its consumption ,developing history and breeding resource ,production and extension , cultivation models and scientific research. The aim is to make people to know the all about hot peppers in the province so as to strength acdemic and prodution exchage between it and the country. |
