水分胁迫对苦荞幼苗生理生化特性的影响

摘    要:用30%PEG-6000模拟干旱环境对苦荞幼苗进行水分胁迫,研究水分胁迫对苦荞幼苗生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,在水分胁迫下,叶片相对含水量(RWC)下降,叶片POD活性、脯氨酸(Pro)和可溶性蛋白含量显著升高;复水后,RWC增加,POD活性、脯氨酸含量(Pro)下降,可溶性蛋白含量继续增加。研究还表明,在水分胁迫下膜脂过氧化产物MDA含量变化不显著。十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)结果表明,水分胁迫下叶片49.0 kD和45.5 kD的蛋白表达减弱,复水后表达恢复到正常水平。

Abstract:Buckwheat has strong drought tolerance.Physiological and biochemical traits of tartary buckwheat(Yu 6-21) were studied under the conditions of 30% PEG-6000 solutions(osmotic potential was about-1.2 Mpa).The results showed that POD activity,soluble protein and proline content increased significantly and relative water content dropped rapidly under water stress.After rewatering,POD activity,relative water content and proline content decreased,and protein content increased continously.In addition,proteins from buckwheat leaves under water stress were analysed by SDS-PAGE.The result showed that expression of 49.0 kD and 45.5 kD were reduced under water stress,and reconverted to normal level after rewatering.
