新型香糖、香鲜及香甜复合调味剂在仔猪饲粮中的应用效果研究

摘    要:本试验旨在研究新型香糖、香鲜及香甜复合调味剂对断奶仔猪生长性能、血清胃肠肽指标、养分消化率及粪便微生物数量的影响。选取体重相近的(28±2)日龄健康大白断奶仔猪128头,随机分成4个组,每组4个重复,每个重复8头仔猪。对照组(A组)饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加香糖复合调味剂(0.8 g/kg植物香味提取物+0.2 g/kg糖精钠,B组)、香鲜复合调味剂(0.8 g/kg植物香味提取物+0.2 g/kg鲜味组合物,C组)、香甜复合调味剂(0.8 g/kg植物香味提取物+0.2 g/kg植物甜味提取物,D组)。试验期28 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,1)饲粮中添加香糖和香鲜复合调味剂在试验第1~14天显著降低了断奶仔猪料重比(P0.05);2)饲粮中添加香糖和香鲜复合调味剂显著提高了断奶仔猪有机物的消化率(P0.05);3)饲粮中添加香糖、香鲜及香甜复合调味剂对断奶仔猪血清胃肠肽指标和粪便微生物数量没有显著影响(P0.05)。由此可见,饲粮中添加香糖和香鲜复合调味剂能够改善断奶仔猪的生长性能与养分消化率。

Abstract:This study was conducted to investigate the effects of novel aromatic and saccharin,aromatic and umami,aromatic and sweet compound flavoring agents on growth performance,serum gastrointestinal peptide indexes,nutrient digestibility and fecal microbe number of weaned piglets.One hundred and twenty eight (28+ 2)-day-old healthy Large White weaned piglets with the similar body weight were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 8 piglets per replicate.Piglets in the control group (group A) were fed a basal diet,and piglets in the other groups were fed the basal diet added with aromatic and saccharin compound flavoring agent (0.8 g/kg plant aromatic extract+0.2 g/kg saccharin sodium,group B),aromatic and umami compound flavoring agent (0.8 g/kg plant aromatic extract+0.2 g/kg umami compounds,group C) and aromatic and sweet compound flavoring agent (0.8 g/kg plant aromatic extract+0.2 g/kg plant sweet extract,group D),respectively.The trial lasted for 28 days.The results showed that compared with the control group:1) dietary supplemented with aromatic and saccharin,aromatic and umami compound flavoring agents significantly decreased the ratio of feed to gain of weaned piglets at day 1 to 14 (P<0.05);2) dietary supplemented with aromatic and saccharin,aromatic and umami compound flavoring agents significantly increased the organic matter digestibility of weaned piglets (P<0.05);3) dietary supplemented with aromatic and saccharin,aromatic and umami,aromatic and sweet compound flavoring agents had no significant effect on serum gastrointestinal peptide indexes and fecal microbe number (P>0.05).The results suggest that dietary supple mented with aromatic and saccharin,aromatic and umami compound flavoring agents can improve the growth performance and nutrient digestibility of weaned piglets.
