茶树油对育肥猪生长性能、器官指数、胴体性状和肉品质的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加茶树油对育肥猪生长性能、器官指数、胴体性状和肉品质的影响。试验选用64头初重为(68.13±0.46)kg的健康"杜×长×大"三元杂交生长育肥猪,随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复4头猪(公母各占1/2)。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组饲喂在基础饲粮中分别添加100、200和300 mg/kg茶树油的试验饲粮,预试期10 d,正试期56 d。结果显示:1)与对照组相比,200和300 mg/kg组末重和平均日增重显著增加(P0.05),100和200 mg/kg组料重比显著降低(P0.05);2)与对照组相比,200和300 mg/kg组肝脏指数显著增加(P0.05),300 mg/kg组肾脏指数显著增加(P0.05);3)与对照组相比,200 mg/kg组背最长肌红度值、p H24 h显著增加(P0.05),100和200 mg/kg组背最长肌剪切力显著降低(P0.05)、肌内脂肪含量显著增加(P0.05)。结果表明,饲粮中添加不同剂量的茶树油对育肥猪的生长性能、器官指数和肉品质有不同程度的影响,其中基础饲粮中添加200 mg/kg茶树油对育肥猪生长性能和肉质的改善效果较好。

Abstract:This study aimed to evaluate the effects of tea tree oil on growth performance, organ indexes, car?cass characteristics and meat quality of finishing pigs. A total of 64 healthy castrated "Duroc×Landrace×York?shire" finishing pigs used in this experiment had similar initial body weight (68.13±0.46) kg], they were randomly assigned to 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 4 pigs per replicate ( half male and half female) . The pigs were fed 4 formulated diets contained a basal diet ( control group) and 3 experimental diets ( experi?mental groups) , which were the basal diets supplemented with 100, 200 and 300 mg/kg tea tree oil, respec?tively. The feeding transition period lasted for 10 days and the feeding period lasted for 56 days. The results showed as follows:1) compared with the control group, the final weight and average daily gain in 200 and 300 mg/kg groups were significantly increased (P<0.05), and the feed/gain in 100 and 200 mg/kg groups were significantly reduced (P<0.05). 2) The liver index in 200 and 300 mg/kg groups were significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the kidney index in 300 mg/kg group was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05) . 3) Compared with the control group, the redness value and pH24 h of longissimus dorsi muscle in 200 mg/kg group were significantly increased ( P<0.05) , and the intra?muscular fat content of longissimus dorsi muscle in 100 and 200 mg/kg groups was significantly increased ( P<0.05) , while the shear force of longissimus dorsi muscle in 100 and 200 mg/kg groups was significantly de?creased (P<0.05). The results indicate that diet with different tea tree oil additive amounts make different effects on growth performance, organ indexes and meat quality of finishing pigs, and the appropriate tea tree oil additive amount in the basal diet for finishing pigs can be set as 200 mg/kg.
