| 摘 要： | 植物源性抗氧化剂是一类来源于植物,具有抗氧化功能的物质,在养殖业中作为饲料添加剂被应用,具有来源广泛、高效、安全和无残留等特点。本文主要综述了此类抗氧化剂在畜牧业中常用的种类以及在生产中的应用效果,并总结了其作用机制的研究进展,为今后更广泛深入地开展植物源性抗氧化剂的研究与应用,进一步阐明深层次作用机理提供参考。

| Abstract: | Phytogenic antioxidants derived from plants are a class of new feed additives with antioxidantive ac?tivity and generally used to prevent the animals oxidant stress, which have the advantages of extensive sources, security, high efficiency and no residue. This paper reviewed the main species and the application effects of this class of antioxidant in animal production, and summarized the current research progress on its action mecha?nisms, to provide a good reference for the further study and application of phytogenic antioxidant as well as the exploration of its acting mechanisms. |
