饲粮中谷氨酰胺添加水平对断奶至3月龄獭兔毛皮品质和肠道屏障的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究饲粮中谷氨酰胺添加水平对断奶至3月龄獭兔毛皮品质和肠道屏障的影响。选用体重相近的断奶獭兔180只,随机分为5组,每组36个重复,每个重复1只兔。各组分别饲喂谷氨酰胺添加水平为0(对照)、0.3%、0.6%、0.9%和1.2%的试验饲粮。预试期7 d,正试期56 d。结果表明:饲粮中谷氨酰胺添加水平对生长獭兔毛皮面积、毛皮重量、被毛长度和被毛厚度无显著影响(P0.05)。饲粮中谷氨酰胺添加水平对生长獭兔十二指肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度值有显著影响(P0.05)。与对照组相比,饲粮中添加0.9%谷氨酰胺显著升高了空肠中闭合小环蛋白mRNA的表达量(P0.05),显著降低了空肠中丙酮酸激酶mRNA的表达量(P0.05);此外,饲粮中添加0.9%谷氨酰胺显著增加了十二指肠黏膜中分泌性免疫球蛋白A含量(P0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中谷氨酰胺添加水平没有影响到生长獭兔的毛皮品质,但改善了肠道机械屏障和免疫屏障功能。在本试验条件下,断奶至3月龄獭兔饲粮中谷氨酰胺适宜的添加水平为0.9%。

Abstract:The experiment was conducted to study the effects of dietary glutamine supplemental level on fur quality and intestinal barrier of Rex rabbits during weaner to 3 months of age. One hundred and eighty weaned Rex rabbits with similar body weight were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 36 replicates in each group and 1 rabbit in each replicate. Rabbits in 5 groups were fed diets supplemented with 0 ( control) , 0. 3%, 0. 6%, 0.9% and 1.2% glutamine, respectively. The pre?test period lasted for 7 days, and the experimental period las?ted for 53 days. The results showed that dietary glutamine supplemental level did not significantly affect the fur area, fur weight, hair length and hair thickness of growing Rex rabbits ( P>0.05) . Dietary glutamine supple?mental level significantly affected the villus height to crypt depth in duodenum of growing Rex rabbits ( P<0.05) . Compared with the control group, dietary supplemental with 0.9% glutamine significantly increased the mRNA expression of zonula occludens in jejunum ( P<0.05) , but significantly reduced the mRNA expression of pyruvate kinase in jejunum ( P<0.05);in addition, dietary supplemented with 0.9% glutamine significantly increased the content of secretory immunoglobulin A in duodenal mucosa ( P<0.05) . In conclusion, although dietary glutamine supplemental level does not affect the fur quality of growing Rex rabbits, improve the intesti?nal mechanical barrier and immune barrier function. Under this experimental condition, the appropriate gluta?mine supplemental level in the diet is 0.9% for Rex rabbits during weaner to 3 months of age.
