摘    要:围产期是奶牛泌乳周期中十分重要的时期,该时期由于奶牛经历剧烈的生理变化,代谢增强、氧化应激产生、免疫功能改变,奶牛处于能量负平衡状态,多发能量代谢紊乱性疾病。烟酸在围产期奶牛糖、脂代谢中发挥重要的调控作用。本文总结了近些年烟酸对围产期奶牛能量代谢的影响及其调控机理,旨在为相关的深入研究以及烟酸在围产期奶牛上的合理应用提供参考。

Abstract:Dairy cows in transition period, as an important period, experience drastic physiologic adaptions with metabolic enhancement, oxidative stress and immunity changing, and dairy cows are always in negative energy balance, which results in the incidence of metabolic disorders.Nicotinic acid plays a vital role in the modulation of glucose and lipid metabolism in dairy cows.In this review, we summarized recent advances in the effects and regulation mechanism of nicotinic acid supplementation on transition dairy cows, aiming to provide reliable data for further related study and application of nicotinic acid to the nutritional regulation and health of transition dairy cows.
