党参多糖对仔猪生长性能、血清细胞因子及肠黏膜分泌型免疫球蛋白A含量的影响

摘    要:本试验旨在研究党参多糖(CPP)对仔猪生长性能、血清细胞因子及肠黏膜分泌型免疫球蛋白A(SIg A)含量的影响。选取1日龄"杜×长×大"三元杂交仔猪60头(6窝),随机分为3组,每组2个重复,每个重复10头猪(公母各占1/2)。14日龄时开始试验,3组仔猪分别饲喂仔猪代乳料(对照组)、仔猪代乳料+1%党参多糖(低剂量组)、仔猪代乳料+2%党参多糖(高剂量组),所有仔猪21日龄断奶,试验期14 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,1)21日龄时,饲粮添加2%党参多糖极显著提高了仔猪的平均体重(P0.01);28日龄时,饲粮添加1%和2%党参多糖显著提高了仔猪的平均体重(P0.05)。22~28日龄时,饲粮添加2%党参多糖显著提高了仔猪的平均日增重(ADG)和平均日采食量(ADFI)(P0.05)。2)21日龄时,饲粮添加2%党参多糖显著提高了仔猪的血清γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量(P0.05);28日龄时,饲粮添加1%和2%党参多糖显著提高了仔猪的血清IL-2、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和IL-6含量(P0.05)。3)饲粮添加2%党参多糖极显著提高了仔猪的十二指肠、空肠和回肠黏膜SIg A含量(P0.01)。由此可见,饲粮添加1%和2%党参多糖能够改善仔猪的生长性能,提高血清细胞因子和肠黏膜SIg A含量,其中添加2%党参多糖的作用效果优于1%党参多糖。

Abstract:This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide ( CPP) on growth performance and the contents of serum cytokines and intestinal mucosal secretory immuno-globulin A ( SIgA) of piglets. Sixty 1-day-old "Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire" crossbred piglets from six litters were randomly divided into three groups with two replicates per group and ten piglets per replicate ( males and females in half) . Piglets in control group were fed with milk replacer, those in low dosage group were fed with milk replacer+1% CPP, and the others in high dosage group were fed with milk replacer+2% CPP from 14 days of age, respectively. All piglets were weaned at 21 days of age. The trial lasted for 14 days. The results showed as follows:compared with control group, 1) diet adding 2% CPP extremely significantly increased av-erage body weight of piglets at 21 days of age (P<0.01), and diet adding 1% and 2% CPP significantly in-creased average body weight of piglets at 28 days of age (P<0.05). Diet adding 2% CPP significantly in-creased average daily gain ( ADG) and average daily feed intake ( ADFI) of piglets from 22 to 28 days of age ( P<0.05) . 2) Diet adding 2% CPP significantly increased the contents of interferon-γ( IFN-γ) , interleukin-2 ( IL-2) and interleukin-6 ( IL-6) in serum of piglets at 21 days of age ( P<0.05) , and diet adding 1% and 2%CPP significantly increased the contents of IL-2, interleukin-4 ( IL-4) and IL-6 in serum of piglets at 28 days of age ( P<0.05) . 3) Diet adding 2% CPP extremely significantly increased the content of duodenal, jejunum, and ileal mucosal SIgA ( P<0.01) . It is concluded that diet adding 1% and 2% CPP can improve the growth performance and the contents of serum cytokines and intestinal mucosal SIgA of piglets. The effect of adding 2% CPP is better than that of 1% CPP.
