摘    要:本试验旨在研究5~8周龄京红1号蛋鸡饲粮赖氨酸(Lys)的需要量。选取4周龄末京红1号蛋鸡母雏360只,随机分为5组,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡。饲粮Lys水平分别为0.70%、0.84%、0.98%、1.12%和1.26%,试验期4周。结果表明:0.84%Lys组蛋鸡平均日增重、8周龄体重和群体均匀度均显著高于1.26%Lys组(P0.05)。0.98%和1.12%Lys组的体格发育显著优于1.26%Lys组(P0.05)。0.98%和1.12%Lys组的十二指肠重、空肠长显著高于0.70%和1.26%Lys组(P0.05)。0.84%Lys组胸腺指数显著高于0.98%、1.12%和1.26%Lys组(P0.05);0.84%、0.98%和1.12%Lys组法氏囊指数显著高于其他组(P0.05)。0.84%、0.98%和1.12%Lys组血清总蛋白和白蛋白含量显著高于0.70%和1.26%Lys组(P0.05);0.98%Lys组血清尿素氮和尿酸含量显著低于1.26%Lys组(P0.05);0.84%Lys组血清碱性磷酸酶活性和血浆生长激素含量均显著高于0.70%Lys组(P0.05)。根据8周龄鸡体重、群体均匀度、全净膛重、屠体重、心脏指数、肝脏指数、胫长、十二指肠重及血清尿酸含量等指标,各自拟合二次曲线,得出最佳饲粮Lys水平分别为0.906%、0.888%、0.931%、0.928%、0.889%、0.902%、0.902%、1.071%和0.958%。综上,推荐5~8周龄京红1号蛋鸡饲粮Lys需要量为0.93%。

Abstract:The aim of this study was to determine the dietary lysine ( Lys) optimal requirement for Jinghong laying hens from 5 to 8 weeks of age. Three hundred and sixty Jinghong hens at the end of 4-week-old were randomly allotted to 5 groups with 6 replicates of 12 birds each. The dietary Lys levels were 0.70%, 0.84%, 0.98%, 1.12% and 1.26%, respectively. The experiment lasted for 4 weeks. The results showed that, the av-erage daily gain, body weight at 8 weeks of age and community evenness of hens in 0.84% Lys group were significantly higher than those in 1.26% Lys group ( P<0.05) . Birds fed 0.98% and 1.12% Lys diets had sig-nificantly higher body development, relative to those receiving 1.26% Lys diet (P<0.05). The duodenum weight and jejunum length in both 0.98% and 1.12% Lys groups were significantly higher than those in 0.70%and 1.26% Lys groups ( P<0.05) . The thymus index in 0.84% Lys group was significantly higher than that in 0.98%, 1.12% and 1.26 % Lys groups (P<0.05). The bursa of Fabricious index in 0.84%, 0.98% and 1.12% Lys groups was higher than that in the other groups ( P<0.05) . The serum contents of total protein and albumin in 0.84%, 0.98% and 1.12% groups were significantly higher than those in 0.70% and 1.26% Lys groups (P<0.05). Compared to those receiving 1.26% Lys diet, hens fed 0.98% Lys diet had significantly lower serum contents of uric nitrogen and uric acid (P<0.05). The serum alkaline phosphatase activity and plasma growth hormone content in 0.84% Lys group were significantly higher than those in 0.70% Lys group ( P<0.05) . According to the quadratic regression analysis for final body weight, community evenness, eviscer-ated carcass weight, carcass weight, heart index, liver index, tibial length, duodenum weight and serum uric acid content, the optimal dietary levels of Lys for Jinghong hens were 0.906%, 0.888%, 0.931%, 0.928%, 0.889%, 0.902%, 0.902%, 1.071% and 0.958%, respectively. In conclusion, the dietary optimum level of Lys for Jinghong laying hens of 5 to 8 weeks of age is 0.93%.
