斐济金棕叶斑病菌鉴定及生物学特性

摘    要:斐济金棕(Pritchardia pacifica Seem.&;H.Wendl.)叶斑病主要发生在叶片。初期症状为病斑呈水渍状褪绿,后期病斑中央灰白色,病斑边缘有黄色晕圈。对斐济金棕叶斑病病菌进行形态学观察和生物学特性的测定结果表明:斐济金棕叶斑病菌鉴定为卵形弯孢[Curvularia ovoidea (Hiroe &; Watan.) Muntanola],菌丝生长适宜温度20~35 ℃,适宜pH5~6;分生孢子萌发的适宜温度为25~40 ℃;最适碳源为麦芽糖;最适氮源为硝酸钠;分生孢子的致死温度为55 ℃。

Abstract:The leaf spot of Pritchardia pacifica Seem. &; H. Wendl. mainly occurred on leaves. The early symptom is water soaked chlorotic lesion, and gray white spots in the center appeared during late stage. The spots were surrounded by yellow helos.The studies on morphology and biological characteristics showed that the pathogen of the leaf spot on P. pacifica was Curvularia ovoidea (Hiroe &; Watan.) Muntanola. The optimal temperature for mycelial growth was 20-35 ℃, and the optimal pH values for mycelial growth was 5-6. The optimal temperature for conidial germination was 25-40 ℃. Maltose and sodium nitrate were the best carbon and nitrogen sources for mycelial growth. The lethal temperature to conidium was 55 ℃.
