| 摘 要： | 为探明烤烟漂浮育苗中防治绿藻的有效方法,采用浸泡和喷施法研究不同浓度竹醋铜制剂对绿藻及烟苗生长的影响。结果表明:各浓度竹醋铜制剂对绿藻生长均具有较强的抑制作用,且与硫酸铜相比具有一定增效作用。喷施竹醋铜制剂200倍液能明显促进烟苗生长,其叶鲜重较清水对照增加15.80%,差异显著;而喷施50倍液不利于烟苗生长。建议在烤烟漂浮育苗时喷施竹醋铜制剂200倍液,可在不同程度上促进烟苗生长并减少绿藻滋生。

Effects of Cupric Bamboo-vinegar Agents on the Growth of Algae and Tobacco Seedlings |

| Abstract: | In order to explore the effective control effects of algae in floating system for tobacco seeding,soaking and spraying methods were employed to explore the effects of cupric bamboo-vinegar agents at varying concentrations on the growth of algae and tobacco seedlings.Results:Each concentration of cupric bamboo-vinegar agents could strongly inhibit the growth of algae,it was better than copper sulfate.In addition,compared with the control,200 times diluents could significantly increased by 15.80％ of leaf fresh matter,but was inhibited under the 50 times.It was suggested to spray 200 times of cupric bamboo-vinegar agents in floating system for tobacco seeding,which could promote the growth of tobacco seedlings and inhibit that of algae. |
