灵武长枣保鲜技术现状及发展建议

摘    要:灵武长枣为宁夏灵武市特产,因汁液多故采后贮运过程中会发生失水甚至腐烂现象,且灵武长枣对当地经济发展贡献巨大,研究灵武长枣保鲜具有重要意义。为给灵武长枣产业的可持续发展提供理论指导,从物理保鲜、化学保鲜和生物保鲜3个角度对灵武长枣保鲜技术进行综述,介绍各保鲜技术的原理及优缺点,并提出发展建议。

Current Status of Preservation Technology of Lingwu Long Jujube and Suggestions for Its Development
Abstract:The preservation technology of Lingwu Long Jujube is of the important significance in Lingwu City,Ningxia because the dehydration and rotten phenomenon of Lingwu Long Jujube occurs during the process of transportation and storage after harvest easily,which has a huge influence on local economic development.The principal,advantages and disadvantages of physical preservation,chemical preservation and biological preservation methods for Lingwu Long Jujube are reviewed and the suggestions for preservation technology of Lingwu Long Jujube are proposed to provide theoretical guidance for sustainable development of Lingwu Long Jujube industry.
