有机生物菌肥对重茬烤烟养分吸收及光合特性的影响

摘    要:为黑龙江寒地重茬烤烟种植的合理施肥提供依据,在大庆市黑龙江八一农垦大学试验基地,进行有机生物菌肥+烤烟专用肥不同配比施用对重茬烤烟龙江911养分吸收、光合特性的影响试验。结果表明:与单独施用烤烟专用肥(48.13g/株)相比,配施有机生物菌肥能促进烤烟对氮磷钾养分的吸收;增加烤烟叶面积,提高叶片叶绿素含量和光合速率,其中以每株施用50g有机生物菌肥+48.13g烤烟专用肥的效果最好,其氮、磷、钾积累量分别比单独施用烤烟专用肥提高34.79%、71.39%和40.55%。施用50g有机生物菌肥+48.13g烤烟专用肥有利于烤烟的生长发育,提高烟叶品质,可有效缓解烤烟重茬的危害。

Effects of Organic Bio-bacterial Manure on Nutrient Uptake and Photosynthetic Characteristics of Continuous Cropping Flue-cured Tobacco
Abstract:To provide references for rational fertilization of continuous cropping flue-cured tobacco in could region of Heilongjiang,a field experiment was conducted in the test base of Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University in Daqing City to explore the effects of different proportions of organic biobacterial manure to flue-cured tobacco fertilizer on nutrient uptake and photosynthetic characteristics of continuous cropping flue-cured tobacco Longjiang 911.Results:Compared with applying flue-cured tobacco fertilizer merely(48.13 g/plant),the application of organic bio-bacterial manure could promote NPK uptake,enlarge tobacco leaf area and enhance leaf chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate.The treatment organic bio-bacterial manure 50 g + flue-cured tobacco fertilizer 48.13 g was of the best application effects,the accumulations of N,P and K were 34.79%,71.39% and 40.55% higher than that of single application of flue-cured tobacco fertilizer.The application of organic bio-bacterial manure 50 g+ flue-cured tobacco fertilizer 48.13 g was beneficial for tobacco growth and development,enhancing tobacco leaf quality and relieving the hazard of continuous cropping efficiently.
