| 摘 要： | 为促进河北省秸秆资源的产业化和规模化发展,对近5年河北省秸秆资源量进行计算,应用秸秆资源指标和秸秆资源消纳指标,采用熵权法对河北省各地区秸秆资源化能力进行评价,明确河北省秸秆资源分布情况和各地区秸秆资源化能力。结果表明,河北省中南部地区秸秆资源量丰富,秸秆密度和强度较小,秸秆密度和强度最大的分别是廊坊和承德;廊坊、沧州、邯郸和邢台秸秆资源化能力最强,其次是石家庄、唐山、张家口和承德;保定和衡水秸秆资源化能力一般,秦皇岛最差。根据具体情况提出了各地区秸秆资源化发展方向。

Straw Resource-utilized Ability Evaluation and Countermeasure in Hebei Province |

| Abstract: | In order to promote the straw resources industrialization and large-scale development of Hebei Province, the authors calculated the amount of straw resources of Hebei Province in recent five years, and evaluated the ability of straw resource-utilized based on entropy weight method comprehensively considered the straw resource index and straw resource digestion index.The straw resources distribution and its utilization ability of Hebei Province were defined.Results:The south central of Hebei Province is the straw resources rich area, straw resources density and straw resources strength are less.Langfang and Chengde are maximum in straw resources density and straw resources strength respectively.The straw resources ability is the strongest in Langfang, Cangzhou, Handan and Xingtai, the next are Shijiazhuang, Tangshan Zhangjiakou and Chengde, the straw resources-utilized ability is general in Baoding and Hengshui, Qihuangdao is the worst area, and then the regional straw resource-utilized development direction is put forward according to the practical situation. |
