公猪精液CSFV、PRRSV、PCV-2、PRV和PPV的PCR检测

摘    要:应用PCR技术对采自广西6市12个种猪场的441头(份)公猪精液进行CSFV、PRRSV、PCV-2、PRV和PPV的带毒情况检测,结果有75%的猪场公猪精液存在带毒现象,被CSFV、PRRSV、PCV-2、PRV和PPV污染的精液样品阳性率分别为10.20%、2.04%、7.48%、0.45%和0.45%,总阳性率为20.63%,表明精液传播病毒仍然是当前母猪繁殖障碍的重要原因之一,因此,要加强对公猪精液的管理和公猪疫病的控制与净化,从源头控制传染源。

Abstract:Applying PCR technology,transmission of classical swine fever virus(CSFV),porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2),pseudorabies virus(PRV)and porcine parvovirus(PPV)of 441 via boar semen was detected,and 441 samples of boar semen were taken from 12 pig breeding farms in six cities of Guangxi.The results showed that boar semen obtained from 75% pig farms was infected with virus,and the positive rate of semen sample which infected with CSFV,PRRSV,PCV-2,PRV and PPV was 10.20%,2.04%,7.48%,0.45% and 0.45%,respectively,and the total positive rate was 20.63%.It indicated that virus propagated through venereal transmission still was one of the important causes for sow reproductive disorder,and the management of boar semen,the contol and purification of boar diseases should be strengthened to control the infection source.
