| 摘 要： | 以美丽梧桐萌芽枝条为材料,通过不同激素、不同浓度、不同育苗基质等扦插技术研究,结果表明:激素催根效果明显,NAA100mg/l处理枝条2h扦插生根率达93.33％;半木质化枝条远离顶芽部分扦插生根率高,达95.56％；沙床扦插生根率高,达82.22％;混合基质直接入袋扦插生根率为72.22％,减少了育苗程序,降低育苗成...

| Abstract: | We used shoot cuttings of Firmiana pulcherrima Hsue as subjects, test cutting propagation in preparation of different type hormones, different resolution concentration and different media. The results show that, hormone preparation had significant effects on root promoting; the rooting rate of NAA 1 00mg/1 2h preparation was 93.33%. The rooting rate of semi-lignified shoots was 95.56%, higher than cutting from top bud. Sand medium has a high roofing rate of 82.22%. Direct cutting in plastic bag containers of mixed media has a rooting rate of 72.22%. We hope to provide reference for Firmiana pulcherrima Hsue propagation by simplifying the process and reducing costs. |
