摘 要: | 为了研究紫茎泽兰能否作为生产蜜环菌的木材, 探寻治理紫茎泽兰的经济合理的方法, 笔者选取天麻种植过程中常用木材桤木和青冈栎作为对照, 研究蜜环菌在紫茎泽兰配制的培养基中的生长速度和生长情况。结果显示: 蜜环菌菌索在紫茎泽兰配制的培养基中可以正常萌发, 菌索生长速度较快,分枝多, 活力旺盛, 但其菌索比较细。可得出结论, 蜜环菌可以在紫茎泽兰配制的培养基中生长, 而且生长速度与在青冈栎配制的培养基中生长速度无显著差异。

Application of Eupatorium adenophorum in the Production of Armillaria mellea |

Abstract: | Objectives: the research designed to explore if Eupatorium adenophorum could be applied to Armillaria mellea production, in addition, we could find an efficient and reasonable way to govern the E.adenophorum; Methods: two common kinds of wood, Alnus cremastogyne Burk and Fagus sylvatica were used as control nutrition mediums, observed the growth rate and conditions of A.mellea in E.adenophorum medium; Results: A.mellea could germinate and grow normally in E.adenophorum medium, rhizomorph vigorous, much branching, yet slimsy; Conclusion: A.mellea could grow in E.adenophorum medium, and there was no significant difference in growth rate between E.adenophorum medium and F.sylvatica medium. |
