| 摘 要： | 马尾松9个地理种源核型研究表明,马尾松核型为2n＝24＝24m,均为中央着丝粒染色体,属于较原始的“IA”类型。不对称系数分析表明,分布在中心分布区的潜山等种源的核型较为对称;而分布在边缘地区的沙县、南郑等种源的核型较不对称。因此种源间表现出明显的地理分布规律。

| Abstract: | In this article,some researchs on the karyotypes of the massion pines from nine geographical seed sources and analysis on the asymmetric coefficient of the karyotypes were made,the results showed that:massion pines' Karyotypes are all 2n = 24 = 24m,a metacentric chromosome,belong to a relative original group"IA";some relatively symmetric karyotypes were owned by the pines whose provenance such as Qianshan locate in the centric region of oistribution,on the contray,some relatively asymmetric karyotypes were obtained by the pines whose provenance such as Shaxian,Nanzheng locate in the marginal area of distribution iso,a siginificant geographical distribution rule (or difference)among the different provenance's pines exist for their karyotypes. |
