| 摘 要： | 为建立打叶复烤片烟质量均匀性评价标准,对我国20家打叶复烤企业片烟样品进行了分析。运用灰色关联聚类分析方法确定了片烟质量代表性指标,分析了各评价方法并选择了适宜评价对象及标准的方法。构建了片烟质量均匀性变异系数法评价模型并进行了实例验证,结果表明变异系数法适宜作为打叶复烤片烟质量均匀性评价方法的标准并可以进行推广。

| Abstract: | In order to establish the standard of evaluating the quality homogeneity of flue-cured tobacco stripe in threshing and redrying,the tobacco stripe samples from 20 threshing and redrying factories in China were analyzed.The representative indexes of tobacco stripe quality were selected out by the means of gray clustering analysis,every evaluation method was analyzed,and the suitable evaluation objects and standard were collected.The evaluation model of tobacco stripe quality homogeneity was built by using the method of coefficient of variation,and the model was verified by examples.The results indicated that the method of coefficient of variation could be used as the standard of evaluating the quality homogeneity of tobacco stripe in threshing and redrying,and it could be widely spread. |
