摘    要:在总结油气管道穿越大型河流工程经验教训的基础上,结合长江上游水深流急工程地质条件复杂的特点,对四川输气南干线黄谦穿越复线工程进行了精心设计施工。穿越断面选在“S”河道顺直过渡的逆坡河段上,敷设方式采用全断面沟埋,管身结构选用大口径管道装配式重砼加重快,采用特加强外防腐和牺牲阳极保护,施工中采用新技术、新工艺、新设备,确保设计技术要求。与原穿越相比,缩短了穿越管道长度400m,节省钢材200t,水泥

Abstract:On the basis of the experiences and lessons drawn from other large river crossings of gas pipeline, the looped Huangqian Crossing for the southern section of Sichuan Gas Transmission Pipeline was duely designed and constructed in spite of difficult hydrolic and geologic conditions in the upstream of the Yangtze River. The crossing is located in the straight section of the "S" shaped course. Open-cut crossing method are adopted in the whole section. Large diameter pipeline weighted with concrete blocks is used, protected with purpose made corrosion control and sacrificial anodes. New techniques and equipments are adoped in construction to meet the design specifications. Comparing with the existing crossing, this pipeline is 400 m shorter in length, and 200 t of steel, 150 t of cement and 1 million (RMB) yuan are saved, with the earth work being considerably reduced. With the pipeline in operation, the safety and reliability of the southern section of Sichuan Gas Transimission System is successfully improved.
