摘    要:同一栽培条件下,对上引枸杞、漳农引枸杞、甘枸杞1号、甘枸杞2号4个菜用枸杞品种的扦插成活率、生长特性、产量及营养成分进行观察和测定分析。结果表明:上引枸杞扦插成活率最高。产量方面,上引枸杞甘枸杞1号甘枸杞2号漳农引枸杞,其中上引枸杞比其它3个品种高出28.00%~162.48%。营养成分方面,上引枸杞钙含量最高,为112.18 mg/100 g;铁含量以甘枸杞2号最高,为20.69 mg/100 g,比其它3个品种高出141.99%~291.86%;维生素C、锌含量以甘枸杞2号最高,其中锌含量达11 mg/kg,比其它3个品种高出57.14%~83.33%;蛋白质含量漳农引枸杞最高,为7.88 mg/100 g;4种菜用枸杞氨基酸总量皆处于较高水平。

Abstract:The discrepancies of the biological characters, survival rate of the cuttage, disease resistance, yield and nutrient content of 4 Lycium chinensis(Shangyin, Zhangnongyin, Gan No.1, Gan No.2)were studied. The results showed that: the survival rate of the cuttage to Shangyin was the highest and the annual production for Shangyin was also the highest, followed by Gan No.1 Gan No.2, Zhangnongyin. Calcium content in Shangyin was the highest112.18 mg/(100 g)fresh weight], while that for Gan No.2 was the lowest only 83 mg/(100 g)fresh weight]. Fe, vitamin C and Zn contents in Gan No.2 were the highest20.69 mg/(100 g)fresh weight]. Protein content in Zhangnongyin was the highest7.88 mg/(100 g)], and the amino acids contents in the 4 Lycium chinensis varieties were all at a high level.
