| 摘 要： | 本研究采用阻断ELISA（B－ELISA）和血凝抑制试验（HI）方法,检测了鸡体分别人工感染副鸡嗜血杆菌Hp8株（A型）和H668株（C型）后0－9周的血清抗体消长情况,并绘制了示意抗体曲线。结果表明,Hp8人工感染后,从第2周到第9周,B－ELISA阳性检出率一直保持100％,其中抗体效价在感染后第4周达到效价高峰,平均约为15．2。而H688人工感染鸡则在感染后第7周检出率最高,此后急剧下降。AI方法对A型抗体的阳性检出率亦在在第4－5周达到高峰,而对C型抗体的检出率一直较低。结果进一步显示了B－ELISA良好的特异性和敏感性,为本方法及其试剂盒产品的进一步应用提供了参考。

| Abstract: | The antibodies in sera from chickens being challenged with Haemophilus paragallinarum isolates Hp8 or H668 were measured by B-ELISA and HI,and the antibody curves were also protracted.The results showed that,the positive rate of A-specific antibody has remained 100% from the second week to 9 th week after being challenged with Hp8,the highest titer appeared at 4 th week,the average was about 15.2.But in the chickens challenged with H668,the highest positive rate of C-specific antibody appeared at 7 th week followed by an acute decrease.The highest positive rate of A HI antibody to chickens challenged with Hp8 appeared at 4-5 th week,and the positive rate of C-HI antibody to chickens challenged with H668 was keeping a low level.The results also demonstrated the good specificity and sensitivity of the B-ELISA,and given a reference for the further application of this B-ELISA and correlative products. |
