| 摘 要： | 通过对通渭县的自然地理状况以及草产业发展现状进行调查和分析，提出发展草产业是通渭县农业发展的第一要务，是通渭县农业经济结构内部调整的必然所在。对草产业发展中存在的问题提出了科学决策，即可持续发展是通渭县农业和草产业发展的关键。此外，对草产业发展的指导思想和原则、发展中应采取的措施等方面进行了必要性、可行性分析论证。

| Abstract: | The natural geographical conditions and the current situation and development strategy of grass industry in Tongwei County were investigated and analyzed. It was presented that the first important task for agriculture development in Tongwei County was grass industry development; the key point for agriculture and grass industry was sustainable development. The necessity and sustainability of grass industry developing guideline, discipline and measures taken were analyzed and discussed. |
