金银忍冬花蕾中挥发油化学成分的GC-MS分析

摘    要:目的用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法对金银忍冬花蕾中的挥发油进行化学成分分析。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法从金银忍冬花蕾中提取挥发油,用归一化法测定其百分含量,并用气相色谱-质谱法对其化学成分进行鉴定。结果挥发油收率为0.2%,通过GC-MS分析,从中鉴定了25种成分,占挥发油总成分的80%以上。结论本文首次对金银忍冬花蕾中的挥发油进行了分析,为进一步研究开发金银忍冬提供了依据。

Study on the Chemical Constituents of Essential Oil in the Buds of Lonicera macckii (Rupr.) Maxim.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the chemical constituents of essential oil in the buds of Lonicera macckii(Rupr.) Maxim.Can.was analyzed by GC-MS.Methods The constituents in the essential oil extracted from the buds of Lonicera macckii(Rupr.) Maxim.by steam distillation were separated and identified by GC-MS and the amount were determined by normalization method.Results 26 compounds were identified from the essential oil whose yield is 0.2%, which account for 80% of the total essential oil.Condusion It is the first time for the investigation and provides scientific data for further study.
