| 摘 要： | 生鲜农产品配送中心是生鲜供应链资源整合的关键环节，它的物流运作的优劣影响着整条生鲜链的绩效水平。在分析生鲜农产品配送中心特点的基础上，建立了绩效评价指标体系，介绍了运用立体综合评价法对配送中心物流绩效进行评价的过程。
