伯氏致病杆菌SN269发酵液中madumycin Ⅱ的分离与纯化

摘    要:利用硅胶柱层析、凝胶柱层析技术从伯氏致病杆菌SN269发酵液中分离得到化合物D3。通过核磁共振波谱、质谱及旋光度等分析,并结合相关文献,将其鉴定为madumycinⅡ。采用菌丝生长速率法测定了madumycin Ⅱ对植物病原真菌的抑菌活性。结果表明:madumycin Ⅱ对辣椒疫霉病菌Phytophthoa capsici和番茄灰霉病菌Botrytis cinerea菌丝生长具有明显的抑制作用,其EC50值分别为35.32和35.40 mg/L。

Abstract:Compound D3 was isolated from fermented broth ofXenorhabdus bovienii SN269 by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex chromatography. The structure ofD3 was identified as madumycinⅡ, by comparing the1H NMR and13C NMR, ESI-MS and specific rotation data with the corresponding data reported in published literatures. The antifungal activity of madumycinⅡ against phytopathogenic fungi was determined by mycelium growth rate method. The results showed madumycinⅡ could effectively inhibit the mycelium growth ofPhytophthoa capsici andBotrytis cinerea, and the EC50 values were 35.32 mg/L and 35.40 mg/L, respectively.
