紫杉醇对G2/M期A549细胞4EBP1分子磷酸化的影响

摘    要:目的]研究不同浓度紫杉醇对A549细胞周期、凋亡和4EBP1分子磷酸化的影响。方法]采用不同浓度紫杉醇处理A549细胞,建立凋亡和G2/M期阻滞模型;分别用流式细胞术分析细胞凋亡和细胞周期;用免疫印迹方法分析4EBP1的表达与磷酸化。结果]G2/M期细胞百分率随紫杉醇浓度的增加而增加,但细胞凋亡率随紫杉醇浓度的增加而下降。随G2/M阻滞的增加,4EBP1分子3组丝/苏氨酸位点磷酸化均增强。结论j紫杉醇在G2/M期上调A549细胞内4EBP1分子多位点的磷酸化。
