| 摘 要： | 根据稻壳的物理化学性质及异氰酸脂胶的特点，在正交试验的基础上，对热压温度、热压时间、原料形态、施胶量、板坯密度、板坯含水率等单因子进行实验，探究各因子与稻壳板性能的关系、确定稻壳板的制板工艺。同时对实验过程中存在的问题进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Based on perpendicular experiment, the relationship of each factor with machine function of particleboard from rice-shell and general rule of producing particleboard from rice-shell were studied through single factor experimenting for forms of raw material, density of board adhesive content. temperature and time of hot pressing according to the physical and mechanical qualities of rice-shell and characteristic of diisocyanate adhesive. Meanwhile the existing problems of testing were approached. |
