白城地区盐碱生态环境3种植物的结构

摘    要:采用光学显微镜技术对白城地区盐碱生态环境生长的豆科3种植物进行结构研究,首次在苦参叶的下表皮及叶柄的表皮上发现了盐腺。紫穗槐以聚盐和泌盐两种方式抗盐。兴安胡枝子在叶柄的皮层中以及韧皮部和木质部间以及髓细胞中都有少数含晶细胞分布。兴安胡枝子的抗盐方式属于聚盐型。

Abstract:Optical microscope was used to investigate the tissue structures of 3 species of salt-tolerant plants grown in Baicheng City, including Amorpha fruticosa L., Sophora flavescens Ait. and Lespedeza davurica (Laxim.) Schindl. Salt gland was found under the foliar hypodermis and petiolar epidermis of Sophora flavescens for the first time. Salt-gathering and salt-secreting were two types of salt-resistance of Amorpha fruticosa. There were fewer crystalloid cells in the cortex of leafstalks, the marrow or in the clearance between phloem and xylem for Lespedeza davurica. The salt resistant manner for Lespedeza davurica belonged to salt-gathering.
