摘    要:1989—1991的年盆苗测定、田间小区试验和大面积防治示范结果表明,在同一剂量和处理时间内,多菌灵粉剂对甘薯蔓割病的防治效果明显高于托布津粉剂,超微多菌灵粉剂略高于多菌灵粉剂,其治病机理主要起预防保护作用.最佳剂量和处理时间为80%超微多菌灵可湿性粉剂0.8g·L-1或50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂1.08g·L-1,浸苗出晾干6—8h后扦插.上述处理对大田感病品种防治效果达80%-100%,增产7%-15%,经济效益显著,可供生产上大面积推广应用.

Abstract:The effect of seedling dipping with chemical solutions on the fusarium wilt of sweet potato was determined by pot tests,plot tests and field tests in 1989 1991.The results showed that the controlling effect of carbendaxin is significantly higher than that of cercobin,and ultra-tiny carbendaxin slightly higher than carbendaxin. under the same dosage and treating time. The mechanism of these chemicals is mainly to protect the plants before heing infected by the fungi.The optimal dosage was 0.8 g. L-1 of 80% ultra-tiny carbendaxin and 1.0 g.L-1 of 50% carbendaxin,respectively,the optimal time for seedling dippins was 20 min,then dried for 6 8 h in the air before Planting in field.The results also showed that the controlling effect of dipping treatment with these two carbendaxins on the disease of susceptible varieties in field all up to 80%-100%.The yield was 7%-15% higher than that of non-tretment sweet potato. It was considered that seedling dipping with chemical solutions was a practicable and efficient method for controlling the fusarium wilt of sweet potato.
