| 摘 要： | 通过正交试验设计可以大大减少试验次数,得到不同因素水平的最优组合,从而确定合理的试验方案及工艺条件等,因此在科学研究中应用非常广泛。为了更深入地理解正交试验设计方法,以表和图的形式对正交试验设计的特点进行了详细分析;对正交性的意义、体现从向量信息不相关及向量内积计算的角度进行详细的分析及解释,以期为广大师生的学习及应用提供一定的帮助。

| Abstract: | Through orthogonal experimental design,the number of tests can be greatly reduced,and the optimal combination of different factors can be obtained,so the reasonable test scheme and technological conditions can be determined.Therefore,it is widely used in scientific research.In order to understand the method of orthogonal experimental design more deeply,in this paper,the characteristics of orthogonal experimental design were analyzed in detail in the form of tables and diagrams,and the significance of orthogonality and its embodiment were analyzed and explained from the point of view of vector information irrelevance and vector inner product calculation in detail,in order to provide some help for the study and application of teachers and students. |
