| 摘 要： | 试验旨在研究不同水平的纯中草药饲料添加剂对湖羊的饲喂效果.结果表明,本中草药饲料添加剂能够显著提高湖羊的生产性能和经济效益.D组和E组平均日增重分别比对照组提高了16.23%和16.69%(p<0.05),经济效益提高58.96%和54.55%(p<0.01);湖羊血清中生长激素和胰岛素样生长因子含量随着添加中草药量的增加而呈升高趋势;D组T3、T4水平分别比对照组提高了74.73%和90.92%(p<0.01);血清尿素氮和血糖随添加中草药量的增加而下降,白蛋白和总蛋白随之而上升;随着饲料中草药含量的增加,湖羊血液中免疫球蛋白IgA、IgG含量逐渐增加.本中草药增重剂LD5021 500 mg/kg,无毒副作用.
