| 摘 要： | 从健康犬的肠道中分离并鉴定出5株乳酸杆菌，其中嗜酸乳杆菌3株、肠乳杆菌1株、发酵乳杆菌1株。根据其耐胆盐、生长表现等特性选择2株嗜酸乳杆菌（D1-3、D4-3），作进一步的耐酸性、粘附性、抑菌作用等生物学特性试验。结果表明：D1-3和D4-3菌株能耐受高达6．0g／L的胆盐以及pH值低至2．0的酸性环境，对犬肠粘膜上皮细胞有良好的粘附性，其代谢产物对常见致病菌有较好的抑制作用，对小白鼠无毒性。

| Abstract: | Five strains of lactobacillus were isolated and identified from the intestinal tracts of healthy dogs,in which three strains are lactobacillus,one strain is lactobacillus fermenti,and one strain is lactobacillus.Two strains of lactobacillus acidophilus,D1-3 and D4-3,were selected according to their biological characteristic tests such as their tolerance to bile salts and growth performance,and their acid tolerance,adhesive ability and bacteriostasi were further tested.The results revealed that these strains can endure bile salts of 6.0 g/L and acid environment of hydrogen ion concentration(pH) intestinal mucosa,the metabolic products of which have good inhibitory effect to pathogenic bacteria,and have no toxicity to Kunming mice. |
