| 摘 要： | 针对近几年采伐限额制度实施过程中反映出的一些问题,通过在吉林省延边林区所做的调查分析,从改进和完善采伐限额管理方法,有效保护森林资源和生物多样性出发,提出了一些具体措施,以期达到有效保护和合理利用森林资源的目的。

Issues on Implementation of the Cutting Quota |

| Abstract: | The authors of this paper have made some investigations in Yanbian forest area of Jilin Province on the issues related to the implementation of the cutting quota scheme over the past few years and put forward some specific measures to deal with such issues, with an aim at improving and perfecting the cutting quota management and conserving effectively the forest resources and biodiversity to achieve the general purpose of protection and wise use of forest resources. |
