摘    要:目的]为淡水轮虫的高密度培养提供理论依据。方法]采用单个体培养法,研究了不同浓度的蛋白核小球藻对壶状臂尾轮虫主要发育阶段历时、净生殖率以及全部后代的混交雌体百分率等生活史特征的影响。结果]食物浓度对壶状臂尾轮虫胚胎发育历时没有明显影响,但对其他发育阶段历时、平均寿命、净生殖率和混交雌体百分率有显著影响。0.2×106cells/m l组生殖前期延长,平均寿命缩短,净生殖率和混交雌体百分率显著降低;12.0×106cells/m l组各发育阶段历时和平均寿命均显著缩短,其他浓度组的各发育阶段历时、平均寿命和混交雌体百分率无明显差异。结论]低食物浓度下,轮虫生命周期缩短、繁殖力降低;食物浓度过高,能抑制轮虫生长,但对繁殖力影响不大;提高食物浓度,对壶状臂尾轮虫的有性生殖没有明显的促进作用。

Effects of Food Concentration on Characteristics in Life History of Brachionus urceus (Rotifer)
Abstract:Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical basis for the high-density cultivation of rotifer.Method] The effect of food concentration on characteristics in life history of Brachionus urceus,such as the duration of principal development stage,net reproductive rate and mixis rate in all the offspring,was studied by the method of clonal culture.Result] Embryonic development was not significantly influenced by food concentration,but there was significant effect on the other development stages,net reproductive rate and mixis rate.In 0.2×106 cells/ ml group,the pre-reproductive period was significantly longer than that in other groups,but mean lifespan,net reproductive rate and mixis rate were significantly decreased.The duration of principal development stage and mean lifespan were significantly reduced in 12.0×106 cells/ ml group.Conclusion] The mean lifespan and fecundity of rotifer(Brachionus urceus) fed on low-density Chlorella pyrenodeosa declined sharply.However,the growth of rotifer fed on high-density Chlorella pyrenoidosa was inhibited notably,and there was no effect on its fecundity.Sexual reproduction of Brachionus urceus was not promoted by improving the density of diet.
