| 摘 要： | 为研究猪附红细胞体对仔猪免疫功能的影响,以及比较免疫增强剂对患猪免疫能力的调节作用,试验选择20头健康大白仔猪,随机分为5组,试验组和阳性对照组人工感染附红细胞体,3个试验组分别给予免疫增强剂防风多糖、黄芪多糖及左旋咪唑,另一组作为阴性对照组,然后测定实验动物的细胞免疫和体液免疫指标。结果表明:猪感染附红细胞体病后,细胞免疫和体液免疫能力均下降。比较3种免疫增强剂的作用,黄芪多糖的免疫增强作用较好。
