影响蕃茄产量的主要农艺性状间相关及通径分析

摘    要:本文通过对蕃茄主要性状遗传相关及通径分析指出:单株结果数与单株产量的关系最密切,且直接作用亦大(rg=0.5874,直接通径系数=1.4203);早期产量通过单株结果数对单株产量的间接作用也很大(间接通径系数=0.8720);而单果重、株高对单株产量的直接作用则较小(直接通径系数分别为0.1398,0.1583)。因此,作者认为,在蕃茄丰产性育种中,主要根据单株结果数多少进行选择,同时也要考虑果实大小适当。此外,本文还对蕃茄早熟性相关进行了分析,结果表明:前期产量与开花期早晚、果实变色期长短有明显的负相关(r=-0.756,r=-0.946),而与果实发育期呈正相关(r=0.424)。


STUDY ON COMBINING ABILITY FOR HYBRIDS BETWEEN LIGULE AND LIGULELESS CORN INBRED LINES
Abstract:In 1981—1982 20 combinations of diallel crosses had been made between ordinary corn inbred lines and 12 inbred lines with recessive leguleless gene lgr. Combining ability and heritability were estimated by model Ⅰ and Ⅱ of Griffing's method. The experimental results indicated that combining ability of inbred line of corn was not corelated with the presence or absence of ligule. In all kinbs of combinations additive elfect of genes was more obvious than non-additive effect.
