| 摘 要： | 在图书馆文献信息服务中，供需双方掌握的文献信息不对等造成信息非对称，导致文献资源配置扭曲和效率损失。造成信息非对称主要涉及到图书馆、信息传递渠道、大众、竞争者和用户。只有解决信息非对称问题，才能真正满足用户的文献需求。

The resulted non-symmetry of documentation and information are mainly involved in library,information dissemination channel,mass communication,competition partners and users. On when the problem of non-symmetry is solved can library meet the documentation and information demand of the users. |
