生物群体中氨基酸生物配比的遗传分化及测度

摘    要:氨基酸生物配比是构成蛋白质20种氨基酸的应用频率,利用氨基酸生物配比可获得群体平均密码子差数的估计值,以分析群体的分化进程。两个群体分化的遗传距离D其中Ci=两群体第i种氨基酸应用频率之差;两群体的分化时间—D),其中a=每位置上氨基酸每年的替换概率。通过对27个物种(400个样本)氨基酸生物配比的分化距离进行了测定,结果显示出不同组织器官的分化是不同步的。水稻和小麦种子的遗传距离为0.0107,而其茎叶的遗传距离只有0.0012,相对分化时间种于是茎叶的0.79倍;猪的血液和毛发的分化时间是其肌肉和血液分化时间的3.5倍。功能性组织器官趋向于更早分化。

Abstract:As the frequency of amino acid usage in protein,the biological formula ofamino acid(BFAA)was used to estimate mean codon differences between populations in theanalysis of the evolutionary processes of populations. The estimating mOdels of genetic dis-tance(D)and differentiation time(t)bewteen populations on the basis of BFAA were es-tablished as(Ci=the difference of the frequencies of ith amino acid usage be-tween the populations)and as t= Ln(1 D)/(2a)(a=the rate of evolutionary aminoacid sugbstitution per year),respectively.The evolutionary process of different tissues dif-fered,with D=0.0107 between the seeds of rice and wheat,but with D=0.0012 betweenthe stew.The relative diHerentiation time between the seeds of rice and wheat was 8.79times that between the btew;the differentiation time between blood and hair in pig was 3.5times that between blood and muscle.
