| 摘 要： | 对山楠(Phoebe chinensisChun)进行了染色体计数和核型分析。结果表明:山楠染色体数目为2n=24,染色体基数为x=12,核型公式为2n=2x=24=14 m+10 sm。核型属于Stebbins核型分类中的“2B”类型。

| Abstract: | The chromosome number and karyotype of Phoebe chinensis were investigated by using a normal technique.The results showed that the chromosome number was 2n=24,the basic number of chromosome was x=12 and the karotype formula of Phoebe chinensis was 2n=2x=24=14m 10sm.The karyotype belongs to 2B type of Stebbins' karyotypic symmetry. |
